Rooms are nice and spacious, but the hallways echo so badly. There were people talking in the hallway late after an event and it was so loud it sounded like they were shouting outside the door.

Gray is a nice hotel and well priced for downtown Chicago. Easy to walk to places and safe. Rooms are on the petite side and the lighting could be better. But overall very comfortable.
