We came to Chicago to attend the FABTECH trade show. I stayed at L7 Chicago by LOTTE with my daughter and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Ebony and Jason went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and the doormen team — Vincent and Antonio — were always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our suite on the 12th floor was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city that made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and spotless, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common spaces. The location was also ideal for exploring Chicago. Thanks to the amazing team at L7 Chicago by LOTTE, our trip to Chicago felt extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and my daughter and I are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

Thr location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. Right along the river, a few blocks from the Magnificent mile, and the bean! Loved the energy of Chicago. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant served amazing breakfast and Santiago gave us stellar service. The room was amazing with the window lounge seat was confortable enough to sleep on! Fantastic views!
