Nice enough but…
Hotel was nice. Loved the location for the concert. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to check in early without paying extra. Our room was ready and no one had to do anything extra to allow us to check in early but still wanted us to pay the early check in fee. I understand that’s the policy but almost all other hotels let us check in early without paying the fee. And they do it happily! Makes it easier for them at check in time.

Great location for attending an event at Allstate Arena. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is a typical continental. Not a walkable area to nearby restaurants though. Very busy road.
