Hotel shuttle line at airport for 20 minutes, no free shuttle? Called, was told 13 minutes. 32 minutes later I took an Uber. The gentleman at the front counter had no apology. Room was clean. No bar of soap in bathroom. No conditioner in dispenser. Nice remodel but beeds management to show it off!

Overall nice clean hotel close to Ohare. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right within walking distance. Rooms clean and staff was helpful.

When we arrived in our room, it was apparent that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned. The toilet was gross and the sink area had not been cleaned. Brought it up to staff upon checkout as we didn’t have time at first. Same crumbs and littler on hallway floors for the whole two days, so housekeeping is not on top of it. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and pleasant. Just not good housekeeping. There was trash and crumbs left in corners of our room as well as under the beds.

Decent budget hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was their shuttle service that is shared with Hyatt, priority is given to hyatt pickup. I had to book a cab instead

The room was decent. The microwave had food stuck in it but we didn’t use it. The box of facial tissues was almost empty. The coffee service in the lobby was empty. That was disappointing.The overall look of the hotel and our room was pleasant.The people at the desk were pleasant enough.

Stayed here for a concert at All State which was across the parking lot. Great location for that! Appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle. And the rooms were well insulated from airplane sounds - couldnt hear a thing when the planes were landing from right overhead. Only criticism is service. We booked a room for 4, ended up being 3, but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Had to ask 3 times for an extra towel and only during the 3rd ask they mentioned towels weren't readily available and would take time. I understand this may be just a one off situation
