Good place. It was clean. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 pm, however we only had to wait 20 minutes. Staff was a bit overwhelmed, so they were a little testy. Enjoyed the stay though.

It was good, but the room wasn’t cleaned. There was said to be a glitch in the system showing it was cleaned, so the manager was going to send someone up to clean while I was out. I came back around 11, and it was still left the way it was when I first showed up.

I'll stay here everytime I'm in Chicago. This was my second time staying here and both times were a great experience. I travel a lot for concerts and this hotel fits all my needs perfectly. I love the early & late check in, the snack section and how its in walking distance from the arena and multiple food places. Def recommend.

Prefect stay for an event at Allstate arena. Hotel offers airport shuttle and is walkable to the arena and nearby eateries, so in theory if you didn’t want to explore the city, you wouldn’t need any kind of uber/car. Room was nice and hotel offers free breakfast. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Would stay here again if another show comes up.

The front desk person named George was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Made me feel less than zero. When it was brought up to a supervisor, they just made excuses for his rude behavior.
