Renovated 3 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in the heart of LINCOLN PARK. You will have access to the entire home, private rooftop, complete kitchen with top of the line William Sonoma package, luxurious coffee station, built in rooftop bar with mini fridge, boutique line of soaps, lotions, etc. Makeup bar with individual make up mirrors, Hotel quality mattresses and linens.

Unit features private entrance, high timber ceilings, Smart tvs in all bedrooms and living space. Incredible rooftop patio with remote awning as well as secondary outdoor space with bistro table and bbq.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very! 24 hours a day.

Q: PARKING?
A: Driving in? No problem! Zone parking stickers will be provided for your stay. Once you book, you will be provided with detailed parking instructions.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! Everything is provided to our guests. You will love our boutique line of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotions!

Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. We are happy to accommodate early check-ins if possible!

Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Absolutely, we want you to feel that this is your home during your stay.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: So comfy! And each bedroom has ACTUAL beds! 3 fulls, 1 king and a twin, all mattresses are from a hotel line.

Q: Do you have any security devices in place?

A: We have security cameras on the outside of the property that cover the entry door and entry walkway. This helps us control check ins and check outs, verify number of guests & keep the property secure for all. Parties and extra guests are not permitted since we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

A: We use Minut sound monitors. Minut is camera-free. The Minut device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations, audio, or capture any other sensitive data. This device helps protect host and guest from noise complaints and maintains privacy. If you have any concerns or questions about this device please reach out to me.

The property is fantastic! Great location, where you can walk to several stores and restaurants. The host was excellent going above and beyond leaving us a note upon arrival with local events going on such as the walkable farmers market and live music. 80's bach weekend
The girls went to Depaul so they got to hang out at their old stomping grounds. The house was exactly what they needed. As mentioned you thought of everything. Its a little smaller then pictured and the stairs can be steep for some, young and old. But the style and location was perfect. Kelly was great and super responses. The weather was good so they were able to take advantage of the deck too. Thanks for helping in making a memorable wedding week for my bride. Its hard to not have fun in such a lively decorated condo.

Comfy and great location!
What an awesome stay! All the little touches to make us feel right at home. Super comfy furnishings and cool decor gave our girls trip a wonderful home base. Best Lincoln Park location walkable to restaurants and Target just a block away. Space for everyone to be together or have alone time. The upstairs deck was great for an afternoon glass of wine and stargazing at night. Our host was prompt with communication and would definitely stay again.

Best Weekend Ever!
I was hosting a bachelorette group here and everyone raved about how awesome the place was. This place was definitely the perfect backdrop for our weekend. Kelly was super communicative whenever I needed her and was always happy to help. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect, Beautiful, and Playful
My father, mother and law, and I were in town to visit the kiddo who attends DePaul and was having an art piece showcased at the Art Institute. The location was amazing, couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and were just in awe of how the place was decorated - truly beautiful. We love playful spaces (imagine disco balls, gold flamingos, and a hippo subtly wading under a trivet) and would become so delighted when we came across another treasure to be admired. If you get the chance, stay here. You will not be disappointed!

The perfect oasis in the city
Kelly's home is perfect. You should stay here! All of the small touches top-off an overall great experience. She has thought of everything from luggage racks to phone chargers throughout the house to conveniently placed remotes, mirrors, and speakers. The location is very walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The rooftop patio is adorable. Thank you, Kelly!
