Our room had no fridge or microwave, and even with the deadbolt we had to latch our doors shut. We didn't feel safe sleeping in the room. The front desk staff was very dismissive, and even though my room was paid for they charged me an extra deposit. It was a huge hit on my budget for my trip.

When I arrived there was a very unpleasant smell in my room.I wanted to leave as soon as I got to my room. I also found clothes hung up in my room which I assumed was from a previous guest..missed by housekeeping. Up until the time I checked out it was still there.. I found cockroaches in my room. This might be a place for you to rest for one night..sadly I was there for 3:/

HORRIBLE
I couldn't understand the check in people. There was no hot water in the shower. When I told them they gave excuses like so many apts. around. It was not very clean and I will never, ever stay there again.

When reserved and paid for online the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. I even called to verify and the reassured there was a refrigerator. When we got to the room it didnt have one. I asked to switch to another with one and was told it would cost $172.00 more then i paid. The door barely closed. The shower setup was awkward and tiny. They didnt even offer free wi-fi. It was $4.99 per day. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

This Motel 6 was nice. The room is very nice and you get what you pay for. It’s small but cozy. The shower could be a warmer but you get used to it. The Parking is also good as well. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The little laundromat is also very cheap and good. The walls are thin though. Sometimes you could hear other people next door or upstairs. Overall 7/10. Just a room and some paring and there is some nice places to go around this area.

I requested for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room with ash holes in the blanket. When asked he said I will not be charged for the ash holes. Moreover, the floor was sticky, no paper cloths, no refrigerator or microwave. The door was also not locking properly.

I got in late, and the counter mgr seemed nice but made me work to stay there. 1st made me fill out a parking permit and go back out to my car (it was 1 am) to put on the dash (he had 46 cameras outside, 100 empty spots, how come? if he had people outside that shouldn’t be parking there, then it’s not my responsibility to do his work. Telling him my license tag should suffice) Then asking me for $60 cash deposit was odd (since I used cc to pay ). I gave him the $60 on another card, and this morning another manager without personality said I’d see the money back in 3 to 5 days. Jeesh.

Picture online looked nice but door to bathroom was coming off, toilet plugged, sink wouldn’t drain and walls are very thin so we were up all night listening to the Neighbor’s tv and laughter. No shampoo, no hairdryer, and no coffee maker. Very poor experience.

You get what you pay for! Was looking for a cheap place to stay during the Lollapalooza music festival and it definitely fit the cheap requirement. The staff was friendly and helpful however the room was definitely not the cleanest. The bathroom door in our room did not close and had holes in the door from top to bottom. Water damage was obviously an issue in the room because water would seep from under our floor boards (getting our socks wet). Toilet wasn’t the best, difficult to flush and clogged once. Cleaning staff quickly assisted us when it was clogged and fixed it in a timely manner though. Also a lot of bugs in the room😫
