The property was in a great location for most of the attractions of Chicago, The only complaint regarding the room was the tv not working in the evenings for some strange reason it just wouldn’t pick up the channels properly

Booked last minute for a great rate and it was awesome for the price! Impeccable service from the front desk. Room was small but clean. You can't beat the area, downtown Chicago was fantastic! Only downside was $53 a day to valet park and the old guy parking cars was irate I didn't give him cash and threw a very public fit. Others said the same. Besides that, our stay was great and I applaud the great staff at the front desk. Thank you!! We'll be back!

The tv service did not work for the entire building. One of the elevators was broken. The room was incredibly small with one window that did not open and was blacked out. The location is good for walking places but valet parking only gives you in/out twice a day. It is also hard to park and pick up the car because of traffic on the street.

Very clean room, shower water pressure was actually amazing, and really helpful after my 21 hour day! Pedro at the front desk was very helpful, super polite, great first impression for this hotel! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom lighting was very helpful as it was bright enough to actually see what I was doing and the shower had excellent pressure. It would be helpful to have more space on the counter for toiletries that I bring, but this hotels space was pretty standard. The air conditioner worked very well and thermostat was easy to use The only issue I had at all was that the television did not work for the entire stay, but that was a hotel wide problem and they gave a generous discount for that upon check out.

0-Star Review: The Worst Hotel in Chicago I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had. When I first walked into my room, it was clear it had never been cleaned. There was dust everywhere—on the furniture, the floors, even the bed. The smell was unbearable, like a mix of mildew and something rotting. The bathroom was filthy too. The shower had grime all over the tiles, and the towels were already dirty when I got there—stained and still damp. Disgusting. I asked the front desk for fresh blankets because the ones in my room were covered in stains. They brought me more, but every single one was also stained. When I asked for an explanation, they simply said, “We can move you to another room, but they all look the same.” That’s when I realized there was no hope for this place. It’s mind-blowing that a hotel in Chicago could be this terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You will regret it.

Everything was great except 2 things first thing the TV service was horrible couldn't watch a show and when i could i couldn't hear it. Also the seat in the room was worn and torn in 2 spots. Otherwise Everything was good
