In overall property was good. Very accesible area, walkable and safe. Only trouble with those elevators broke down 3 days consecutive in stay, it was difficult to get to the floor and also down.

The property was very clean. It was in a great location, with a great view. Beds were kind of small. I didn’t realize when I booked a room with two beds, it would’ve been two queens or two fulls, but they’re two singles. The room was really small, but for the price, & not being in it very much, because you’re busy exploring the city, it was perfect.

Staff was nice and friendly. The self parking ramp is 3 blocks away. Not ideal if you have small children. Front desk just gives you a sheet with directions to the parking ramp and tells you to figure it out yourself without going over it. Getting around DT Chicago is intimidating if you're from out of town. My concern was safety parking 3 blocks away. The room we were placed in was right in front of the vending and ice machine, so you could hear people at all hours. The view was no better. It was the back of the building with a big loud fan. The fan inside the room was very loud as well. Since we were in Chicago for a concert, I didn't care enough to ask to switch rooms. However if I were there as tourists on vacation, I would have. If you can afford valet, pay extra for valet. Especially if you're traveling with kids or alone. Overall, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Parking is way far away. We were put in room on second floor over looking main road. Very loud. Heard everyone on street. Didn’t sleep well at all. Fan in one area not working so it was warm in room. The room is great with two beds and two bathrooms. Very nice

Great and right downtown. Lobby is shared with the hotel next to it, they are merged older buildings. They’ve done a great job with them being older hotels.

Beautiful River View!
Our view from the 15th floor was stunning. We were in a standard room with a queen sized bed, but unfortunately neither one of us slept well because the bed is just not comfortable at all. We appreciated the hotel offering bottles to fill up with drinking water as that saved us a trip! I would recommend more hand towels and washcloths in the bathroom. We were only given 2 towels and one single wash cloth to use. Staff was kind and all in all it’s a beautiful and ideal location for travelers!

Location excellent so much in the area and the riverwalk, most within walking distance. Unfortunately the room was very small with no amenities no ice , no fridge, smaller bed , older carpet and older look to the room. The bathroom Was updated that was the high point of the room. Likely why the price was lower than the other hotels in the area

When we first arrived, the lobby was packed and I had to wait awhile to be checked in while my husband was waiting in the car outside the entrance. The biggest issue, however, was that nobody offered us information about parking; in fact, it was like the front staff was trying to rush us through check-in so they could keep helping the larger group that was in the check in/out foyer. We felt unimportant. I had to proactively inquire about parking and we were told by the front desk staff that it’s $30 overnight. That is all we were told. Which is interesting because when I called customer service about a month ago when I booked this room, the agent on the phone told me parking is free at the hotel. So we were misled then, and by the front desk staff at check-in because it is in fact not $30 for parking unless you have a special sticker from the hotel that the front desk staff is supposed to give you so you get the ‘discounted price’ but we didn’t find this out until after we already paid for our parking the next day…Because we were misinformed and misled a total of two times, we ended up paying over double the parking quote (we paid $65 for overnight parking). Which is extremely frustrating. And the day we checked in, it was also cold and rainy, and nobody told us where the nearest parking garage was, so we also missed the closer one and went to a garage further away and were soaking wet in 50 degree Chicago weather.

Bathroom wasn't clean, didn't leave soap for the counter or the shower, didn't leave a hair dryer, towels and carpet was frayed. Overall, there was an unclean aspect to this hotel and it didn't seem that the staff and managementc had the motivation to make things right.
