Love this stay at Navy Pier

Excellent stay! I was in Chicago for a show at the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. This hotel was perfect, as the theatre was accessible via tunnel in the cold Chicago winter. The views of Lake Miichigan from our room were gorgeous!

Celebrated my 51st birthday weekend in this awesome hotel. From the valet to checking in, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and answered any and every question I had. As for the room !?…spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. I had a beautiful view of the lake facing south with a spectacular, picturesque view of the Chicago skyline. I will definitely return to the Sable for any of my stays in downtown Chicago. Oh I almost forgot..! Navy Pier for all of your shopping and entertainment needs. FYI the parking is $75-$90/day so I would consider getting the Park Chicago app if you’re staying longer than a couple days.

Would stay here again!

I let the hotel know we wouldn't be landing at the O'Hare airport until midnight via text which was nice and they promptly responded that it was fine. We didn't get two queen beds, so we were upgraded to a king suite with a rollaway which left plenty of room which included amazing views of downtown! Everything was comfortable. I would like softer towels. Customer service was excellent!

Even in the off season this is a great stay. If you are coming to chicago this is a good place to call home base for your stay. Its Quiet, Convenient, Cozy, and its Easy to access all of Chicago from this location.

I enjoyed the view from the room and being able to see Chicago’s skyline. However I didn’t like the fact that on a Saturday night the hotel rooftop bar closed at 9pm and also we had food we wanted to warm up and they wanted a $25 fee to use the microwave. The room was clean and modern and it’s nice being able to enjoy navy pier in the same building
