Shower Spray
Front desk was amazing upon arrival ~ even got a free upgrade but when I went to took a shower that night, the shower-head sprayed the entire bathroom: ceiling, mirror, flooring ~ everywhere but me. Called mtnce, said they would move us to another room. We asked if it could be fixed the next day while we were out... well they came & did something but NOT fixed! Relayed the info to the front desk ~ very apologetic, gave me a credit and added points to my acct. Definitely need to train mtnce better!!!

My room was very noisy I asked for a switch but nobody could help me, I couldn’t sleep 2 nights. I hate the service and the noisy room, never will book again

Weekend in in Chicago
The location of this hotel is the best. Right on the river, there are so many dining choices and it is easy to get on a train to get to a Cubs game. The staff was great and we were upgraded just because. I highly recommend this place.

First time staying here and the view was great from any angel. The only downer was the inside pool, it was way to hot, no ventilation. But over all the stay was great.

I really enjoyed how quiet the hotel is, very good for the sleeping part. But also how many things there are to do close by withing walking distance. You have all the great restaurants, shops and so many things at a very walkable distance. The staff is so friendly, while also letting you be when needed.
