The shuttle took 45 mins to arrive. I called the hotel since I saw multiple shuttles for other hotels and none for the Sheraton Suites. I was told that the shuttles would arrive at 15 and 45 after the hour, and there were two busses running: a gray and a white one. I had arrived at 10 after the hour at the designated spot, and was still waiting at 45 after. Finally, at 52 after the hour, the van arrived. I had made plans with friends at the hotel, and they waited almost an hour before I arrived.

Right next to the airport car rental center, so you can walk between locations. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Staff are friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here many times, and we have yer to have a bad experience. When the airlines shut down, and I was stuck with a newborn, 3, and 5 year old, and a postpartum daughter, they went above and beyond. After canceled flights, rerouting, and more canceled flights and an airline that was unprepared and treated vulnerable passengers deplorably, this hotel was a Godsend. When we arrived at 3:30 AM with nowhere to go, they set us up in a quiet area on couches with blankets, pillows, and fresh fruit and snacks for the children. By 6:30 AM, they had us in a room. They did not even charge us for an extra day. They went out of their way at every turn to help us. We were stuck in Chicago for 3 days.The staff at this hotel stepped up when our airline failed us miserably. Thank you to everyone there who had compassion and served their fellow man.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We walked to Allstate Arena for a concert and it was much better than dealing with traffic! The restaurant was also very good. The only issue we had was when someone threw their gum over the side of the balcony and hit my husband in the head. We know it wasn't the hotel's fault, just an immature young adult
