Mold and unexpected charges.
There is mold around the windows and on the ceiling by the windows. Mold on bathroom ceiling and bathroom door. Also the extra fees after booking was annoying too. To keep our car parked in hotel parking lot we had to pay an extra $25. I knew this when booking, but also no breakfast.

Replace The Mattresses
All aspects are top-notch except the bed. I have tried rooms on different floors in multiple stays and have always found the mattresses too soft to be comfortable. I am concluding that the hotel’s convenience and reasonable cost no longer outweigh the lack of sleeping comfort.

Getaway
I have never experienced having to wait in line to check in. Not to mention wait over 40 mins for the line to move! There was only one person at the front desk but it was like she didn’t know what to do which caused the delay in checking in. Then when she got help.. they made it seem as if it was normal and not an issue. The manager and driver made more jokes than realizing they had a mess on their hand. No discount was offered no apologies.. needless to say not sure if we will stay here again.
