We had a great stay at the Springhill Suites. The checkin was smooth and the room was spacious - we ended up with an accessible room which had a ton of room but the bathroom was teeny tiny so I’m not sure how great that would be for someone with a disability. The carpet really needs a deep clean — it was stained everywhere. The beds were comfy and my youngest slept on the couch. Our room was cold, despite us cranking up the heat to 70+ degrees. The breakfast was typical for a free continental breakfast. The elevators were slow but that was because a lacrosse team was in town and they were all over the place. But we had an enjoyable stay. Easy access to I-88.

Overall the stay was good however the sofa bed was terrible and need attention also did not look so clean with stains on it when pulling the bed there was cleaning needed under there as well shower/tub needs updated as well.
