My bathroom area was ant infested. Breakfast was to go to 10am they stopped refilling the food at 9 am. It was a busy Saturday. Let’s just say not much was available. A disappointing Bonvoy experience.

Springhill is very well kept clean. The rooms are very clean. When i called for items from guest services they were able to get them to me in very good timing. Both gentlrmen that checked us in and out were very knowlegeable, able to check-in and check-out quickly. The gentleman that checked us in was anle ro get me some tea as i needed because i started not feeling well. The gentleman that checked us out was also very pleasant checking us out. My kids were even surprised and happy how pleasant and nice he is.

One night stay during spring break
Our first time at this hotel and it was great for an overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and cozy. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and staff was quick and friendly. Breakfast was great with so many choices. I personally loved the fresh hot coffee available all day and the refreshing lemon water. We loved enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again soon

We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. The front desk had fresh cookies and donuts and there was cold water and hot coffee available at all times. The pool was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was generous and had many options. There were some areas of the hotel that could use updating, but it was still very clean. Very pleased with our stay and could not beat the price. Will stay here again and recommend. The hotel was very close to everything we wanted to do.

It was the worst hotel ever for the price we paid. Swimming pool was gross, and when we asked for bottled water for the room they said they would charge us. Horrible service!

Handicap rooms shower bench had mold on it. The beds are outdated hard and terrible. Stains in the couch, dirty towel but nice front desk and housekeeping staff.

Room was very clean. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and shower was old and not comfortable to use. However, we were there when a cheer and dance competition was being held nearby and a lot of contestants weee staying there. Room was VERY quiet. Great for a one-night stay.
