The hotel is extremely outdated, looks like the room was from the 80’s. The carpet was very dirty, looked like blood stains in several places. The front desk staff at both check in and check out were very friendly. If you arrive after 8:30pm, there are no dining options. They said there used to be an Outback Steakhouse, but it closed down. The pizza place one block away closes at 8:30pm. Only option is to order Uber Eats or DoorDash. The airport shuttle was very convenient and right one time.

Good, but parking cost.
Very comfy and nice for a one night stay. Although having to pay for parking is ridiculous in my opinion. 30 dollars for each night you stay really turns customers off from wanting to come back, it should be included within the stay. The free breakfast was decent.
