I stayed with my family and had great front desk service, wonderful, kind housekeeping and a personable valet. The breakfast was perfect for our busy days and the extra effort to provide hot chocolate, tea and coffee all day was a great addition.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and amazing location. The only thing is the parking (58 euros/day) however thats the case in all downtown chicago. And this parking allows you to go in and out anytime. Pretty good experience over all.

The hotel is so fantastic. The location was great as was the staff however, we had a non-smoking room that was clearly smoked in. We did not complain as we were very rarely in the room. Also, we did not get housekeeping either day.

Great from a location perspective. Right in the middle of River North and near train stations. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are modern and clean. My only complaint is they have a stupid policy on early check in (even if your room is ready) that if you try to check in before 2pm they will charge you. I arrived 30 mins prior and they tried to charge me $30 so I had to wait 30 mins even though my room was ready. Quick easy grab from a corporate organization trying to get a few more bucks. Made my experience sour as the front desk was not willing to budge.
