Stay was amazing. Close to everything. Chose this mainly cause it was close to Grant Park for Lolla. Hotel staff was always super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Valet parking staff are not really accomodating... i paid 55 for daily parking the valet back and forth was a bit more .. dropping your luggage and quick parking in front while not using valet shoud be permitted

What a city!
Walking distance to Giordano’s pizza, Willis Tower, Millenium Park (the Bean) and any other shopping or dining you would want. Wear comfy walking shoes. Room was nice and clean.

Excellent service!
Great location. We arrived at the hotel little early, but they let us in earlier than check-in time plus upgraded our room without extra charges! Our room was very clean. We always decide how good room was based on shower/water pressure and they have powerful enough shower for us. Front desk staff were very polite and professional. The room was little small but it's in downtown, so it didn't bother us.
