Incredibly friendly staff in the hotel, so helpful too. Hotel is in a great location, walkable to all the downtown attractions and Navy Pier. Would highly recommend the St Clair.

The remote control to television in the room didn’t work and when I went to the front desk for assistance they looked for a new remote and batteries for 20 minutes and couldn’t find anything. The area was very noisy and when the valet pulled up with my car they were driving so erratically.

This historic hotel was very cute and quaint. Love the upgrades. The rooms (double bed) were a bit tight and the bathroom a bit small. Overall served its purpose as the location was awesome around all the shopping and dining areas.
