Nice rooms and great area. But the room wasn’t that clean when I arrived there was trash in the trash cans and also the creamer and coffee pods had been used and placed back in the try as if they were new. When I alerted the front desk they said they would send house keeping up and replace them. They never did, I had to ask two days in a row from cream and coffee pods. They finally brung some at 11am (which is check out time) of the day I was checking out.

My 2nd visit and it was a great stay again! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms and lobby are always clean and inviting. This hotel will be my go to when I am visiting Chicago

Located on a quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and sights to enjoy. Really love being on the top floor and enjoy that it had a bar, mini store/cafe, and restaurant on the 15th floor I believe it was.
