Chichester’s City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, cinema, bowling, arcade games and laser quest.

Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here there are often boat trips on offer or you can take a walk along the canal to Chichester Marina.

If you are visiting for a Theatre show, Chichester Festival Theatre is a short walk away and offers an excellent programme throughout the year.

The Goodwood Estate is just a 15 minutes drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. A car is not essential with this property as there is a bus and train station in Chichester, a short walk away.
