Gloucester Cottage is a cosy three bedroom cottage the result of two 16th Century Cottages being converted to create one conveniently located house arranged over 1,200 sqft and three floors.

The property is situated within 20 yards of the sea and during autumn and spring tides it reaches the front door. There are seas views from Dining room and all three bedrooms.

The property has been subjected to a complete refurbishment over the last 3 months and we are now taking bookings for 2024/25.

The accommodation offers two internal eating areas; dining room and kitchen breakfast room, Living room with exposed brick chimney breast, three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and two shower rooms (1 ensuite).

Outside there is a day shower suite with basin and vanity area and WC.
This home is nestled away in the picturesque coastal village of Bosham, about 5 miles from Chichester. Across all seasons, guests can go for a stroll along the coastal line and admire the views of the harbour and boats passing by.
The local train station, coffee shops and restaurants are all within a short walk or drive away.
