You can expect a private pool 7 × 3.5 m with Roman steps and the associated sun loungers.
From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious meal in the magical setting that the sunset paints into the landscape.
If you don't feel like cooking yourself, the nearest restaurant is within easy walking distance.
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, the second bathroom is suitable for the disabled. The bedrooms and the living room each have air conditioning.
The air conditioning units can be booked with an additional payment on site.
The beautiful large living room with open kitchen has two comfortable sofas, TV with German, Spanish and English programs, an open fireplace and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with enough dishes, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Parking is available to guests on the property.
Please note that government water regulations may be in effect at the time of your visit, which may affect use of the pool, watering of the garden or restriction of tap water consumption.
The beautiful beach of La Barrosa or downtown Chiclana de la Frontera can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
Various larger supermarkets can also be reached within 10-15 minutes.
