This was the perfect house for me and my family. My daughter was getting married so we were there for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy time together. The house is centrally located making it easy to get to the downtown area. The house was very clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Wow!! Fantastic stay here in Chico. My kids and I truly enjoyed the coziness of this wonderful Chico VRBO. We all had space to just simply relax, watch tv, talk with friends, play video games online with friends, sleep in comfy beds, sit by the fire, and eat a warm, home-cooked meal together. We came to Chico for our granddaughter's wedding. We stayed 3 nights. The house was located near the wedding venue and near another rental that our family used, so it was easy to see everyone. It was also close to shopping and no restaurants. We had a great time!

We booked this property for a family birthday celebration for my husband & our son. All of our family, except our 3 year old granddaughter has graduated from CAUC & lived near this neighborhood while attending college. It was very nostalgic to spend time in this location again. The house was clean, comfortable & well setup for our group. We were able to communicate directly with the property owners & they were helpful & responsive. Great stay and spacious house!
We loved this house! The open floorplan was great for visiting with family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and this was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and plenty of parking. Owners were responsive and accommodating. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, and the fenced yard was beautiful and secure. We will definitely request this property again!

Family weekend in Chico
We traveled to Chico to celebrate our aunts 80th birthday. We thought it would be more comfortable and convenient to get a house for the amount of people we had ( myself, husband , 3 kids aged 3,10,13 , father in law and girlfriend) and we’re so glad we did. The house was very clean, spacious , well decorated and nice. It was raining so being able to park in the garage was a nice touch. The house is located very close to downtown and everything was a 5 minute drive. We would stay again.

This was a great house for our group. We were in town for a wedding and the house was close to everything. My only complaint was this was listed as a 4 bedroom house, when it was 3 bedrooms and a game room. The backyard was great and I appreciated that the house was dog friendly. Thanks!
