Easy access to the convert facility-walkable. Also central locaton for downtown chico for shopping. Only thing is don't walk barefoot in the hotel room cause your feet will turn black.

This hotel was in a great spot, so close to downtown, we were able to walk everywhere which was great. Our first room had issues with the toilet making a very loud horrible noise so we had to change rooms. The new room also had issues with the toilet - it would just randomly start running - and often. We used the pool which was nice. Breakfast was ok, no eggs or meat as most choice hotels do have. Love the waffles! They need warm syrup for the waffles and half and half for the coffee.

The property is conviently located in downtown makingbit easy to shop and grab a bite to eat with so many options available. The customer service was the best I've ever had checking in and out. Very friendly and remembered why I was there on travel and asked about my time spent.
