Cedar Key sustained extensive damage from Hurricane Helene. Many businesses and homes will take time to rebuild. AquaVista and Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums were blessed with no damage. As the little town of Cedar Key begins to rebuild it will need your love and support. ***Cedar Key Strong***

As you cross the bridge into Cedar Key, you immediately relax as you go back in time to a simpler life. The condo location is perfect....park your car/truck and walk to everything....restaurants, shopping, Dock Street, and the fishing pier.

**There are 2 flights of stairs, no elevator!! And please read pet policy!!

Our condo will offer you a birds-eye view of the Gulf from your private balcony on the top floor where you can watch the dolphins play or feed. The newly furnished condo offers you 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a murphy bed in the family room which, by the way, boasts a 65" TV. It will sleep maximum of 6 guests.

Electronic entry door for contactless check-in. A security camera is located outside the entry door and turned off after check-in. The camera is only on during vacancies for security and not on during your stay.

We allow one small/medium dog under 45 pounds that has all shots and is on flea prevention. There is a $60 pet fee that is non-refundable. Your dog must be on a leash at all times, and you must also pick up after their waste. We do not provide bed furnishings for your fur baby so please bring what they need.

This condo is on the 3rd floor, with lots of stairs and no elevators. You will get a workout unloading your supplies but the view from the balcony is worth it.

There is a small dock on the grounds, however, no overnight docking is allowed. Only short stops (15 minutes) are allowed for pickup / drop off / reload coolers / clean fish, etc.

Discount for any stay 7 nights or longer. The discounts will reflect in your quotes.

Living Room boasts a murphy bed that folds out to a queen bed and a large TV with Spectrum, Samsung TV Plus, and Roku. Internet service as well.

Balcony where you can watch the dolphins play and many species of birds. Beautiful views for morning sunrise and enjoy your coffee.

Kitchen will have what you need. Coffee bar (Keurig and drip) with both of each available.

Inside laundry room with laundry soap.

Becky was very communicative through the reservation and check-in process. The location is perfect with wonderful views, and the condo was clean, and well stocked with supplies, including spices and coffee! Check-in was simple, and Becky graciously allowed an early check-in. Check-out process was easy and we had a great experience overall.

Everything was perfect at Aqua Vista. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you will need. We loved seeing dolphins every time we looked out the windows! Too hot in August to truly take advantage of sitting out on the deck but the views were really spectacular. Would definitely go back. Communication was also great with the host!

Another fantastic visit!
I've lost count of how many times we've stayed at Aqua Vista, but every visit is amazing. The view from the balcony is incredible you get to watch dolphins swimming and playing just feet from the balcony. The condo is extremely clean, the beds and linens are very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Communication from the owner is outstanding. If your visiting Cedar Key this is the place to stay

Great location near town but with unobstructed water views. Saw the dolphins every morning and evening and had some good meals. The unit is well kept and clean, cute little welcome gift, easy access door code, clean community pool if the ocean isn’t your thing. We would stay here again!

Highly recommended Aqua Vista. I’ve been to Cedar Key many times. First visit to Aqua Vista. It was by far the best condo I’ve stayed in. Great communication from the host. Weather alert came in and host was kind enough to check in with us. It does have stairs. If you are able bodied it has incredible views of the gulf.
