The seventh was really good. I had a good experience with hospitality. Everybody did an excellent job very friendly people in the room was amazing clean and well organized.

The bathroom door had a really annoying noise just one step before full closure, it was really bad, specially for those wake ups at midnight when you try not to wake your family if you have a need. it was loud and couldnt be avoided in any way, it was like the hinges were malfunctioning

Horrible experience.
Someone opened the door to my room between 11pm-2am the first night, it was someone with an access key so was maintenance or service. I talked to the cleaning lady and she said there are cameras that she would report it and for me to report it as well. I reported to the front desk and no one contacted me. The AC in the room was either 50 or 85, nothing in between was crazy. The maintenance guy said it was broken but never offered a different room. We had to sleep with the door slightly open.

The service is terrible and the food. Room service doesn’t work anytime, morning or night. I call for a order 8:00 pm and 35 min after they said that I need go downstairs to wait for my order and pick up my wine. That is inappropriate!!! I will never come back again.
