The breakfast is pretty good. It is clean. Not much freeway noise. Compared to the other similarly priced motels in Vernon it is my choice.

I come into town at least once a month to visit my grandchildren in Vernon, as i always stay with Hotel Vernon. I have never had a problem until this last stay. Front desk guy is extremely kind and welcoming but in my room I killed 5 big cockroaches, 3 in the bathroom and 2 on the curtain above the ac unit. Very disappointing. I hope this is taking care of, because I really enjoy everything else about this hotel

Unfortunately the place was dirty and falling apart; staff was great but all comforters and towels were stained. The sink and toilet had hair in them and the shower was stained and absolutely disgusting. Everything in the room was breaking

Gross, Gross, Gross, and Rude!
This hotel was absolutely disgusting! Everything was filthy! Bathroom had mold, fly poop all over fixtures, stained sheets, peeling paint, holes in ceiling from water damage...I could go on...I went to politely tell the manager and he stood there looking at me like I was crazy, hands in his pockets and just smirked and kind of giggled at me. Not a sorry or anything!

The only complaint i have is that the water was reversed. Hot water was on the right and not the left. Couldn't figure out why we had no hot water for a while. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Look like it had been fully renovated in the photos when I got there the hotel room itself had new flooring not terrible looking at all, but the bathroom ceiling had mold all over the bathtub was old and needed repaired.

I want to start out by saying that my husband and I are far from picky. All we ask for is a dog friendly location that is clean and well kept. When we pulled down the sheets in the first room, there were multiple hairs, including a pubic hair. When we contacted the front desk, they moved us to another room. There were stains on the sheets that he claimed were bleach stains, but they looked more like ejaculation spots. There were several hairs as well. As we inspected the room in front of the employee, he became aggressive and insisted that "this was not the property for us and he can't accommodate us" and that "we were looking for issues." We packed up and drove another hour, finding a La Quinta, which was immaculate. Don't waste your time staying here

A bit noisy with the highway traffic. The curtains in the room did not close well and blew about in the fan from the window unit. Overall a nice place, inexpensive and very tidy and clean.
