Llegue alla a las 22:00 hrs con dos niños de 6 y 7 años y nunca me hicieron reserva , fue terrible la experiencia , no recomiendo hoteles . Com a nadie

No vayan a este lugar es pésimo
Horrible la estadía, excepto por la mucama que era un 7, lo demas no respetaron el precio de la aplicación y cobraron más, la habitación no estaba lista siendo que le check in decia a partir de las 11:00 hrs, habian bichos en la habitación y demasiado ruido, estaban construyendo otra habitación al lado, y en la noche se ponian a taladrar y medir, etc… No lo recomiendo para nada, aparte que cuando una llega no hay quien reciba estuvimos esperando como media hora que abrieran el portón, pésimo lugar.

Pésima experiencia
Super mal, pagamos por adelantado sin devolución por viajamos y nadie nos abre la puerta y el teléfono no contesta llamamos muchas veces. Totalmente defraudados, seguiré realizando los reclamos para que me devuelvan el dinero, porque no nos entregaron ningún servicio.

No Reserven en este lugar Nunca
Pésimo servicio desde el minuto 1 (11am) al llegar al lugar, me atendió la chica que limpia, nunca me recibió el dueño del lugar a recibirme. El check In no se pudo realizar porqie no tenia disponibilidad cuando ya existía una reserva, me indicaron que regresara a las 17hrs debia esperar 6 hrs con mi familia incluyendo a un niño luego de viajar 5hrs desde Santiago. Total burla, luego a las 17hrs el Hostal cancela la reserva por no tener habitaciones disponibles lo cual quedamos a la deriva ya que por ser feriado largo no se consiguió otro hotel para reservar por lo que tuvimos que regresar de nuevo a santiago. De verdad no sé si fué mala suerte o no, pero de parte de ese hostal el aromo carecen de profesionalismo, seriedad, respeto, atencion acorde, y deja mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Una total porqueria su atención

Lo único que deben resolver es el tema de la piscina, ya que en la oferta aparece piscina disponible y en realidad no es así. Hay que ir a cancelar directamente a una vecina... Lioso, incorrecto. El resto, perfecto, el desayuno maravilloso, lugar lindo y atención como en casa. Para ir siempre.
