The care taker Christian is an addict or he is a psycho. We drove a long way the day before and we were late in the morning. We were only 15 min behind our checkout time as my wife was in the shower. Christian entered the room forcibly and asked us to leave in 5 min and threathned us to call the police. According to the rules I offered money to stay till noon. But he did not accept and ignored our privacy. I was totally disgusted with the attitude of Christian. Please be careful before booking this property.

Canceled flight delayed us and we couldn't check-.
Our flight was delayed and made us land right after check-in time in Vancouver. We called upon landing, but were still 2h drive away and were told we wouldn't be let in per the instructions provided. Book with caution if you're flying in and be prepared to be left on the curb and have to find another accommodation.

It is a self-serve property with a code provided to access the room,so there is really no service to talk about. It is very clean and quiet and lots of amenities close by.

This accommodation is B&B so I expected breakfast to be served but, there was No breakfast included, very disappointed. The issue is...during the process of making a reservation, there is NO indication breakfast is not included during the winter months UNTIL the reservation was completed. This is not right in my view! Did I misread the announcement?

They electronically tell you with an automated message that check in time ends at 07:30pm. There is a way to reply with an inquiry but even repeated inquiries are not responded to. We lost our full payment at the 7 day prior point and heard nothing at all until 9:30pm on the night of check in. We had given up and drove on to the next town and stayed in a real hotel with living staff to help. Stay away from this place.
