This property was CRAP! Do not stay here!!!!! The online pics do no reflect all the renovations taking place, empty rooms missing doorknobs with open windows down the hall. Pounding, pounding, pounding of hammers during my stay. . . both nights and the front desk played dumb saying, "I'll find out where it's coming from"!!!! Coffee maker did not accommodate coffee packets, so no coffee. Gym, spa, pool were nonexistent. T.V. did not work at all. There was no clock. Graffiti etched into elevator doors and wall. Standard pillows were provided, not even queen sized. Comforter was actually a sheet. Plastic sheeting covered the carpet on the 3rd floor. These people would not discount or refund any money. DO NOT STAY HERE. They're only interested in a profit. They do not give a crap about their guests.

Thought for the pricing that the room was really awesome. I was not aware that there is a lot of construction being done to the hotel as they are converting it to a Marriott. The pool, spa, and hotel store as well as the continental breakfast are all closed due to the construction. The hotel on the outside and inside is a complete mess due to this but again the staff was very nice and the room itself was really really nice.

Under Construction and a nightmare
My was riddled with problems THE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTUCTION SO THEY HAVE zero amenities nothing they say it’s going to become a courtyard in Marriott. All I can say is there’s no way in world Marriott would ever want this hotel staff, especially the manager. The manager is rude money grabbing tyrant. Not only does she buckle and dime you for everything but she actually had the nerve to tell me “no one asked you to come stay here” the staff is rude and unprofessional. Marriot please do not go into business with these greedy unmannered rude people they accused me of ruining a comforter. Not true and then as I am leaving she bans me from coming back to it knowing that I was staying there because of work

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! Hotel staff Liz and Manager Ruby is very rude! I tried to voice my complaints calmly. But when front desk staff Liz kept making excuses, I was getting tired of it. Blaming the construction that is currently going on. From TV not working, to hotel room phone broken that couldn't even call front desk, bugs in the room then asking hotel staff about it only for them to hand you a can of bug spray, no breakfast as advertised just few snacks left out on the front desk, room key card kept deactivating constantly only for Liz to say its due to construction, wifi also kept disconnected frequently sometimes 1min-10mins i would have to reconnect over and over so forget about it. No free wifi also advertised. hotel fire alarm system also kept going off, daily. BUT the worst of it all. They actually released my room number to another person who is not registered on the room. This was a invasion of my privacy right that a hotel staff violated! Its just pure stupidity. When tried to talk to Manager Ruby, all i got her doing was raising her voice at me, whys its my fault, not taking responsibility for her staff, with no apologies, or empathy. Just pointing the finger at me. I also have her on video walking away not willing to help with anything. But, i wont post it. It was so unbelievable how a guest could be treated this way. I didnt feel safe at Hotel Chino Hills, and i would not recommend or stay here ever again.

Not only are the amenities not available. The tv did not work, I called front desk and they sent some man to fix it. Guess it was the maintenance man.. he had no badge and looked like a gangster. He fixed it and it worked for 5 minutes and did the same thing. The service was terrible!
