Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. Bed and pillows great. They also held our luggage a couple of times when we did trips out from hanoi. A few stairs but also a lift. Felt like we were in the centre of everything, it was so easy to walk wverywhere.

I like the service from the staff particularly Ms Kim on the front desk who was very helpful. The sky bar could have some gas heaters for the chilly nights , that may bring more people up there

"As no-one else was staying at the hotel that night, the warm breakfast buffet was non-existing. A shame as a few days before that, when we were also staying there, the breakfast was actually really nice. Otherwise the hotel is great."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs.
