Painting and Decorating

The short break was on top of a week long exchange stay A lot of disruption due to painters in the lobby/ reception/ dining area. No meals available except at nearby resort- inc breakfast No compensation for disruption Otherwise everything exellent

Poor client care

Our comments reflect the fact that we were caught up in the Corona virus lock down. I would however point out that it was decided mid way through our stay to close the restaurant and bar (clearly due to poor numbers). We could use another hotel restaurant where the shuttle bus would take us if wanted! We ended up going to the Minimart and having salad bowels and ready meals. The pool and gym were also inaccessible though we could sit around the pool area. Our disappointment extends to the fact that in view of the difficult situation and worries we were faced with and the lack of amenities offered, the hotel did NOT offer any future discount or incentive to compensate for the lack of services provided. The staff were very friendly during our stay and the fault lies with Managements lack of thought for us as their clients and the problems we were experiencing. They were spring cleaning the hotel around us as though we were not there. A token gesture such as free transfer to the airport (where we were unsure if flight would leave) would have been a kindly thought but no. They charged us the 770 bhat when they are 20 mins from the airport. Customer service was lacking by the decision makers on this site!! Profit over client! Dissapointed!

Gorgeous place to stay! Amazing staff, the rooms were fantastic, quick walk to the store and quick shuttle to the beach and/or the gate to go into town. We stayed 5 days and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in Angsana in Laguna. It’s a sister company of Laguna Holiday club resort. The rooms are big. Our room was overlooking onto the beach. There is free shuttle service within Laguna. It would have been better if the free shuttle service was run to the nearest shopping area which is only 3 KMs away. Overall good resort to relax and enjoy.

The hotel itself is a bit old and needs some updating and renovation in general. Rooms are set classic a bit of colonial style and very comfortable and cosy. We had an one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Air conditioning is well enough both in bedroom and living room. There was a problem once with one of the AC, it was leaking and after I called to the reception, the staff immediately took care and a repair man came and worked out the problem. The kitchenette is comfortable but not for real cooking as there is no enough pots, pans and utensils. The bed is real big like 2/2 m but the mattress was a bit soft for me and the sofa bed in living room was surprisingly comfy for my daughter (11 y/o) - it's big enough for 2 kids. The bathroom needs renovation, the bath is old and worn-out, all in all needs renovation. The pool is a bit small on sizes and shallow but clean and all the children are very happy with the working slide. The pool needs repair as there are some broken tiles and facing but it's not dangerous yet. The staff is very, very helpful and kind, especially the reception staff who are very busy all the time deserve a big gratitude! Always on disposal for any kind of requests! The hotel is very clean as well the rooms as well the common parts. We would come back to this hotel as it's a good value for money and having accommodation at the Laguna Complex has a lot of advantages like inside shuttle busses transport, 24 hour security and etc.

Perfect relaxation

Laguna holiday club is a perfect place for a relaxing and unwinding. I love the easy slow pace of he place. the resort has everthing going for it. Only the restaurant food can be a little more vibrant however there are enuf choices around to overcome the gap
