The Space:
The Small House
Newly renovated unit located in Merivale, and very central. It has a large lounge room with a pool table and darts. Hot tub outside with a small putting green.
Two bedrooms, one with a bunk and single, the other with a queen and a single.
Includes great Wi-Fi, Amazon Alexa and Prime


The Big House
This Victorian era house as loads of character! All the bedrooms are upstairs the central lounge, dining and kitchen.

There is toilet downstairs, with a laundry room just off the kitchen.

For warmth we added a Heatpump and heaters in each bedroom. We also have extra blankets and electric blankets.
The outdoor gas fire is a must, as well as the hot tub of course.

Please note one of the bedrooms with two singles shares access with another, you have to walk through to gain access.
We also have quite a strict noise policy as the neighbours have small kids, so excessive noise and anything after 10pm is strictly limited, please consider this before booking.
