It is a 700 sq ft loft apartment nestled on a 200 acre Lancaster County family farm. Offering a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a spacious custom island. Features wide plank wood flooring throughout and a heated marble bathroom floor. Built-in "his and hers" closets. "Live edge" black walnut breakfast bar with WiFi ( a great place to use a laptop). Authentic antique roller track barn door.
This property offers plenty of space for walking or hiking. Nearby Wolf's Hollow County Park and The Enola Low Grade Trail offer plenty of outdoor exploration also. The Octorara Reservoir offers kayaking and bird watching.
The sofa is a quality full size pull out bed, to be used to accommodate extra guests.
Guests have access to farm fresh vegetables from our family garden. In season, you can find asparagus, strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, fresh herbs, peppers and onions. Some farm fresh brown eggs are provided for breakfast. There is no guest access to farming operations.
While this property is private and secluded, we are close to many of Lancaster and Chester Counties abundant attractions. Shopping, Hiking, Entertainment, and Restaurants are all in the local area.
We are in the heart of Lancaster County Amish farmland, but our location offers easy access to the area's abundant opportunities. Local attractions: Longwood Gardens, Strasburg Railroad, Intercourse Village, Lancaster City, Tanger Outlets, Exton Square Mall, Sight & Sound Millennium Theatre, American Music Theatre, Christiana Mall (tax free shopping), etc. Hiking at - Enolalowgradetrail.com and Wolfs Hollow County Park. Day trips: Philadelphia, Hershey, Gettysburg, Baltimore, Washington DC, etc. There are many options for dining out nearby, including restaurants, buffets, coffee houses and cafes.
