Amenities were outdated. Toilet was loose and moving. Baseboard was also coming off. Room had an odor. Outside in parking lot there was a group of men drinking that you can tell weren’t guest, such a safety issue.

Hotel property itself was clean and well lit with cameras all around property to watch parking area (large parking area [parking included]). Breakfast is included 6-9am. The room itself was super clean and renovated. Staff was quick and friendly.

I don’t think this place was worth the $200 a night. There was nothing special about it. You’d think that for as pricey as it was they would have at least had warm water. Every shower I took here was cold even after letting it run on the hottest setting for like 5 minutes before getting in.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Great shower but the tub needs to be replaced soon. We went to a concert at the nearby amphitheater. It worked well for us.

Interesting check in! Apparently the hotel ran out of keys so the staff member at the front desk had to open the door for everyone that was checking in that night! The staff member kept his cool and still offered great customer service to everyone that was waiting. Obviously it wasn’t his fault he delivered his job to the best of his ability, he was also by himself, so excellent customer service on his part. But the site should have at least two people specially on Fridays and the weekends. Then the people next door to us, had an argument and were screaming, using profanity, and slamming that door many times throughout the night and morning. The room did not feel clean at all, it had a very interesting dry smell. Sunday check out the staff member did apologize for what had happened on Friday night apparently a lot of people had a lot to say too! I’m sure this place is great but someone definitely dropped the ball that evening. Kuddos to the staff member that made it work that Friday night, you definitely need more people like him!
