Good, but...

Hotel istself, including our room was nice and the staff was great. Would not recommend staying on the side that faces the stadium. There is a large video board that runs ads 24/7 and reflects bright LED lights off the stadium and into your room all night long. Even closing the curtains, there was still bright light shining around the edges into our room. We will happily stay here again, as long as our room does not fave the stadium. Also, quite noisy outside until about 3am. Manageable, but prefer away from the street room.

We love staying at AC. It is an annual tradition over Labor Day weekend to go the Reds’ games and watch the fireworks. So many great things to do. Staff is always helpful!

The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the hotel bar, breakfast area, to the modern rooms, the AC Hotel had it all. Plus, it's right next to Great American Ballpark and located on the strip with numerous restaurants and bars. Will definitely be staying there again.

This is our third year going this year do we decided to say three nights and we enjoyed the walking around the area specially going down to the river. The staff is very friendly.

Stayed before, room seemed dirty, grime on bathroom counter, desk was dirty, didn’t have a clean feel. When we got our car back from valet there were white ashes all over passenger seat and dash. I had detailed my car before trip so it was really upsetting.

AC Marriott Cincy at the Banks

The location was great! We were there to see the Phillies vs Reds and it was right across the street. A few improvements I’d recommend are: 1. Add a restaurant to the hotel; 2. Supply free coffee/tea/water station in the lobby; 3. Include a free continental breakfast for the price you pay per night; 4. PUT A RUBBER SHOWER MAT IN THE TUB! It is extremely slippery!!

We’ve stayed at the AC Cincinnati multiple times. We’ve never had a bad experience, but this time, our mattress was terrible and the room was dusty. There were cobwebs on the sprinkler above the bed.

Nice location for the baseball game. A lot of homeless sleeping around the hotel and surrounding area.

This hotel has an incredible location if you are going to either the Bengals or Reds stadiums. Easy valet parking and stadiums are within walking distance. Lots of food choices as well along the banks. Hotel staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean.
