Nice rooms but breakfast was a joke a muffin and some juice no coffee available and that was it. Took forever to get someone to desk also to get key fixed.

This is the second time I’ve had to go back down to check on because my room wasn’t ready/clean,i walked into a room with a Starbucks cup and an unmade bed.I stay at this location often and I try my best to make it an easy clean for the work team but this last time I was really let down by the quality of care they did on their end.The shower had a ball of hair in it that wasn’t mine so it clearly wasn’t washed ,the curtains had some crazy brown stain on them and there was dry feces by the toilet paper roll.I think this may be my last visit to this location.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I couldn’t really complain about a thing. The staff was friendly. Our room was very clean. It was easy to find and close to good food and shops and a short drive to downtown. I wish there was a pool especially because it got like 85 degrees outside this trip. And I wish the breakfast was a bit more like maybe waffles or pancakes or cereal but again I cannot complain because what we got was free. I think we will stay here again our next trip to Cincinnati.
