Hotel was nice but needs some deep cleaning. Hallways and room carpeting pretty dirty. Whoever is responsible for kitchen also needs coaching for running out of key items like, butter, forks and not offering any regular unsweet half and half. The beds are extremely hard and bathrooms often did not have hot water certain times of the day.

This is a great location close to downtown Cincinnati. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping services were excellent. The are a lot of dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again. You get a lot of value for the room rate and are a short drive to downtown.
