Great location for us near where my son lives. Room was clean quiet. Only issue was AC did not work. Told desk person and they said you have to keep thermostat at 68 for it to work. First night was too warm and stale with no air flow. Requested desk to move us, they accommodated....better sleep second night. They knew AC wasn't working when they assigned us to the room via notes in their system revealed during discussion with desk. So, why would they put us in that room to begin with? Had they been busier, we would not have been able to change rooms :-(

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately, We booked this hotel for the pool. We wanted to take our 6 year old swimming. However, when we went to swim we were told it was closed for construction. This was not advertised when we booked. Had we know we would have booked another hotel.

I loved the hotel in general, however I was not impressed with the front desks service. We called to see if they offered an early check in and she was yelling at me, and she hung up on me! She apologized once we arrived, I just didn’t understand the hostility.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t give us the room we had reserved. They were very apologetic and reduced our room price and gave us extra points.

My son and his family also stayed. We have stayed there before with no issues. We found the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our issue was as follows. The grandchildren love the pool but when we arrived and checked in we were notified the pool was not open If we were informed of this before check-in, we would have stayed at a different location. Posting on website would have sufficient Otherwise, nice stay.
