CHANGE THE SHEETS!!
I didn’t know that when you check in you have to check the bed to make sure theres no one else SOCKS in your bed! how gross is that they didn’t change the sheets they just refolded them! it makes me wonder what else wasn’t done to the room. NEVER going to stay there again!!!

I asked for my room to be cleaned and new towels. I was gone all day and returned to the room about 10pm. Once in the room, the old towels had been taken and no new towels were left, the room had not been cleaned. I call the front desk and was told they would be right up with towels. Twenty minutes later i had to call back, due to no one showing up with towels. I eventual got them later that night.

PLUS: upon arrival I requested a desk chair to do some work. It was in place when I came back from dinner // MINUS: ice machine on the floor where I was staying was torn apart with no signage as to alternate options / I paid with card upon arrival, when I checked out I asked for a recpt. “It’s not available since you used a 3rd party booking. I normally stay at this hotel, but this trip was horrible. My TV had a 4 inch distortion line going across the top. I asked to be moved and the only room they had was on a pet floor, which is a no no for me. Then at 12:30 am the City was using heavy equipment on the road behind the hotel for blacktopping which kept me up all night. Then the morning housekeeper was vacuuming the hallway floor, as if people weren't sleep. I will not be back.

The bathtub had not been cleaned, there was hair in the bath tub. I ended up cleaning the tub myself & I don't feel I should have to when I'm paying.

My hotel room door was propped open when I arrived. I went downstairs to ask for a different room because I was nervous entering an open room as a single woman, and the manager took me upstairs, threw open the door to prove it was empty and walked away. Bathroom tub had wrappers in it. It was so filthy that I had to put a towel down to take a shower in the morning. Toilet looked like someone may have gotten sick in it. Workout room had two broken treadmills and the elliptical that I used sounded like it was on its last leg. Terribly disappointing stay.

My cards stopped working and the staff printed new ones and handed them to me without even a word apologizing for the inconvenience. Room was not clean, paint chipping on the bathroom door, a bug was seen in the bathroom, smelled like smoke. Will not stay at another one of these hotels.

My first room was dusty and it didn’t smell clean, the bathroom was dirty, I asked if we could have a new room after asking if someone could clean the bathroom and they said no one was there, and I asked if we could have a new room. They gave me a new room, it was much cleaner and nicer and smelled fresher, the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced it’s not so fresh and my son said he saw a bug crawl on him at night. The type of room I had was really big, we had so much space and a kitchenette. I paused for a late check out which I thought was nice to do In Advance, but I guess the staff did not read the paperwork and came to my door and did not greet my son he said “you have to check out!”, I told him we have a late check out check the paperwork. So I didn’t appreciate that, when you come to a guest door even if it is time to check out you should always greet them with a hello! I did like the free tea and coffee available all day. The hotel need to be dusted and thoroughly cleaned , I think it would be a great hotel. And staff member helped me print a paper because their machine was down I think if they work on those few things it would be a great hotel
