Start your day off in nature by taking your morning coffee on the porch at the café seating and table for 2. After a full day of exploring everything the city and nearby area has to offer, the many comforts inside of this home will be waiting for you.

Stepping through the front door and into the home, modern elegance greets you at every turn with a bright, open floor plan that provides you and your group with all the space you need to spread out and relax. The living room offers an invitingly large sofa and smart TV, perfect for a movie night or streaming your favorite shows. Just behind this area, a generous, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster is a chef’s dream, offering ample opportunity to cook a meal at home. Family Football Game
We were in town for the home opening game of UC and to support our son! The house was perfect for our needs. We will be back for most home games and hope the house is available as we will definitely book again!

Not what we expected
If you look at the photos, it looks like the house is in a subdivision. The photos were angled very well to hide that this property is right on a main-ish road with plenty of traffic you will hear at night while trying to sleep. Loud passing vehicles. You will also hear helicopters as there’s a hospital nearby. If you drive 2 blocks in either direction you will land in questionable/shady parts of Cincinnati. The house looks very nice in the photos, but needs a lot of TLC (scuff marks, nail pops, dings, carpet stains). Master bath: towel rack & toilet paper holder are falling off the wall. The door to the shower is loose and almost detached and the faucet for the tub rotates… The washer smelled rank of mildew. The dishes in the dishwasher were not put away or clean when we arrived(9pm). Two pans in a cupboard were coated in grease. The pedal on the trash can was broken and laying on the floor. I am not sure when the last time the floor was mopped, my feet were covered in dirt from walking around without socks. The beds/couch are very hard and uncomfortable. There are mats in the hall with curled corners that are tripping hazards. The master bath doesn’t have a door. The humidity was at about 55% and uncomfortable (many vents were closed). No plastic dishes for kids. Positives: Keurig, large fridge, nice kitchen. Soap, TP, shampoo provided. Night light for kids. Large master shower. Good wifi. I can’t say I would recommend this property to others.

Spacious stay near event
Spacious stay for 3 couples attending a music festival. The home was close to downtown festivities and clean, besides the recycle bin filled with trash in the front yard, and had some typical supplies. The home is on a hill on a busy street, so you really have to back in to park. Otherwise, risk being hit by oncoming traffic trying to get out. Looks like parking was difficult for someone because the garage door was dented. Overall, it was a good stay.

Long Weekend Getaway
The property was nice, clean, and spacious! The communication was a little spoty, as the hosts do not use the VRBO messaging platform, but they did respond via text message or email, just took a bit longer. Check-in and check-out were simple and made both processes easy. The location was convenient for us, as we were planning several different things in various areas around Cincinnati and across the river in Newport. Parking was good for 2 vehicles, anymore would be hard, as you don't have access to the two car garage. Overall we had a good stay, and it was plenty of space for the six of us, 4 adults and two kids. Would stay again if we head back that way! Thanks again!

Its decent for the city
The house was large for our family of 5. The big dining room had enough chairs for all. However, the house is for sale so some of the furnishings are wrapped in plastic. Also, some items are broken like the towel rack was half hanging out of the wall. The walls also had scuff marks all over them, we found evidence of food crumbs on multiple surfaces and the sinks were unclean. I also missed any mention of how steep the driveway is or how busy the street is so that made it difficult to get in or out. However, it is IN the city and close proximity to all the activities which was great. Just be warned, the house is on the market.

Amazing Property!
Wonderful property! Just as described. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. The host was prompt with replies and accommodating of any requests we had. Everything that was needed was contained in the home. Quality products quality appliances wonderful washer and dryer! Property was clean andbeds were well made. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed it! Would gladly stay there again!

Parents Weekend UC
We had an amazing stay to celebrate parent's weekend with our student at UC. It made it very relaxing and a home atmosphere to make dinners and chill away from campus for a bit. So cozy, so clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway in Cincy.
Property was well suited for our six family members. Would stay at this property again. The house is located on a main road so there is some traffic noise until around 10 pm or so. The driveway is steep, was easy to make it work by driving into the driveway and backing onto the concrete pad that is poured off of the main driveway. House is within 10 minutes of Paycor Stadium and Great American Ballpark.

This property is close to many Cincinnati sites we went to zoo and also Oktoberfest. Driveway is steep but with one car we were able to turn around no problem. There are outside sensors and at night something kept tripping them and lights came on and off all night. Not really too bad. Very comfortable would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful overall. Our only concerns was the location, being off a busy street with a very steep driveway made it difficult to park coming and going. One of the bedrooms did not have a working wifi stick and Host was willing to provide one but not installing during our stay for our use but the next guest, per their communication. It was not something a "Guest" could install, per my daughter's attempts. There was personal information that needed to be provided to install and we were only guest. So, my daughter did not have a working TV in her room. I would still recommend.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is roomy and everything we needed was there. The bathrooms were especially nice. Beds - particularly in master were comfortable. The listing description is accurate in describing the house itself, but this house is located off a very busy street. It it not like being in the countryside or a neighborhood. The driveway is steep and it was difficult to see oncoming traffic when exiting because of the sharp curve located a short distance from the driveway. There is a short cemented area to the right of the driveway, but it took a lot of careful maneuvering to be able to get the car facing forward so as to avoid having to back out. In addition, the dryer was full of towels from the previous guests and we also had to unload the dishwasher before we could use it.
