This is more of a motel. The doors open to the parking lot and not an inside hallway. The room itself was nice, but once outside your room it is a little run down. It a a little loud because of the doors opening to the outside and it doesn’t feel very secure. Breakfast was just ok.

Rooms was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff was rude and not helpful. Had to check out early work was sending my husband to a different place wouldn’t refund the nights that was not used and never gave back the deposit. When called to ask about it they hung up the phone in the middle of talking multiple times.

The lobby looked very nice. The room was modern looking, smelled good. We had been in our room about 15 minutes and noticed a roach crawling on the wall. About 5 minutes later my grandson found another one on the carpet. We immediately zipped our bags and took them back to the car. I took a picture of the one on the wall and used Google lens to confirm if it was truly a roach. I just cant do roaches!!

The front desk people were always very helpful! They were polite and told us how many options there were and told us about the hotel’s King’s Island shuttle (I wish I had used it ). When I called the desk to ask about the TV, he came right up and got it working for me. The room was very neat and clean. There is no elevator, and no luggage carts. If your room is on the second floor, you will be carrying yr luggage up the stairs. The rooms are all outer-facing, not hallway-facing. The lack of elevators is about the only drawback to this location. The breakfast has many options, but no breakfast meat. It’s a culture thing.

Comfortable and Convenient
Hotel was great location to Kings Island which is why we were in town. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a variety of hot and cold foods. Staff was all very friendly. We will stay again when we are going to the park
