Lovely place with beautiful walled garden. Plenty of parking. Lovely sized room for the two of us and our dog. The breakfasts were amazing, lots of freshly cooked choices as well as continental buffet. Reasonably priced evening meal, which was delicious. Very accommodating for people with dogs. Very pleasant mini break in a comfortable and welcoming place.

Excellent breakfasts and dinners,staff helpful and efficient. Had to request room change as we were up a spiral staircase that we found difficult to navigate so we ended up with a smaller room with no outlook. I realise that I needed to request accessible room on booking so will remember this in the future as we age!!

We had a very nice stay at the Stratton Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and staff was very nice and accommodating. Beware the spa, worst massages I’ve ever had. They are very nice but the young ladies had no idea how to masssage, the sheets were itchy and oils smelled off. Maybe other offerings are better and it’s very convenient.

This is a really wonderful hotel. From the moment we stepped through the front door, there was such a lovely warm welcoming friendly feel to the place. The staff were all wonderful, too many to mention by name, but every one of them being extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Emma, on reception, really made this place as she was friendly, bubbly, always happy and smiling and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in room 11, which was a feature room overlooking the garden and this was an extremely spacious room, beautifully decorated. We will definitely be returning to Stratton house Hotel & Spa.

This is a fantastic hotel. Really nice staff, very attentive and looked after us fabulously. Room very spacious and good facilities. Breakfast was great. I had the smoked salmon which was very fresh and tasty.

On arrival the warm welcome, the clear explanation of the breakfast procedure, and the entertainment available during our stay, gave us a good start. The room was wonderful and had the lovely garden view we had hoped for. Breakfast was really good and set us up for the day.

A really beautiful hotel – recently decorated to a very high standard. Its location was very quiet just outside Cirencester. The restaurant was excellent and staff could not have been more helpful. The garden is outstanding and it was lovely to be able to eat outside during the hot weather in the evening. We did not use the spa facilities, but they looked beautiful and in such a superb setting.
