We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean. Healthier breakfast items would have been nice, although I did have an apple and apricot juice. 😊 We made it to FCO airport in about an hour for our flight home.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Cherie was excellent and organised our transport to the ship with another lovely lady. Breakfast was provided in the room which was lovely. A great start to our cruise. Highly recommended staying here.

We stay here every time we cruise out of Rome and Anna and her associates take excellent care of you to ensure everything goes perfectly. From pickup at the airport to drop off at the pier, she takes care of everything. The property is not huge, but is modern, clean and well stocked. We love it.

The staff was friendly and nice. They helped us arrange a taxi from the Rome airport and also to our cruise. In addtion, the room was clean and very roomy with an afforadable price. I would definitly stay here again.

Nice people but old facility.
The people of the area and the owner was very nice. But because of plumbing problem I was moved to a different place without an elevator. The staff helped me to move my luggage up and down.

This was definitely not what I expected. The hotel room is in an apartment building. The shower is in the corner of the room, not in the bathroom. The bedspread is the blanket. The only chairs in the room are folding chairs and there was hardly any floor space which made it difficult to open my suitcase. At least it was clean.

The B&B Port Inn is a charming but small room that is a great option if your staying 1-2 nights. For longer stays or if you have more people - you'll want more space. But the bed is comfortable, room clean and the complimentary fresh fruit, meet and cheese and snacks are a great start to your day. The staff are really very kind and helpful. I would stay again.

Amazing Bnb but no water on last night and morning
Let me start by thanking the Manager Cherie, she was the unsung heroine in this travel. She met with us the morning of our arrival outside the building, helped us with our luggages and checked us in. She explained everything about how to take the train, closest stores and what to expect the day of the check out. The building has a tiny elevator so we were lucky but could only fit 2-3 people without your luggages at a time but that was fine. The room was clean, beds were made and the small pantry and fridge were supplied enough with sustenance for the rest our stay. The complimentary snacks, coffee, yogurt, deli meats were tasty! The only issue we had was when the water supply ran out the night of our cruise, up to the day of checking out. Anna the owner showed up that night and gave us a pack of bottles of water to use :( obviously that wouldn’t be enough for two people to use the toilet and shower. But the place itself, and the responsiveness of the owner and manager were enough. Anna also refunded me €20 which I think wasn’t enough though tbh. I would still recommend this place because of how close this is to the Port. Just make sure to check with Anna if there would be a water supply interruption before you book.

This is not your typical American bed and breakfast. Owners met us outside of the building and took us up by lift to our rental. Unit was in a cluster of maybe 3-4 units. Upon entry we noticed how small it was. Breakfast was provided as pre-packaged fook items for the next morning. Within a few minutes we heard complaints from another unit through open doors that their toilet wasn't flushing. So we checked our toilet and same thing was happening. The caretakers tried to address the issue. After leaving the toilet flushed be remained running. Management was called and came back on site. The coffee maker didn't function either. They moved us to another room. Things were better. But there was not heat so we called management again and they came and addressed the problem. There is public parking nearby in a car park. Restaurants within walking distance. Most other sites to see were closed during shoulder season.

The owner and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We arrived later in the evening than their normal check in and a staff member was there waiting for us, as well as carrying our luggage to the elevator. The room was pristine and close to walking for delicoius restaurants and waterfront. We went to the restaurant that was recommended by the staff and it was excellent. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely stay again.
