Where luxury’s immersed with rustic, Kangarloo Retreat is a five bedroom home with an open kitchen, dinning, loungroom floor plan.
With an inviting country feel, step into the comfort of a radiant fire place or open up to let the breeze blow through. Take in the views that bring the outside in, stepping through to the rustic style pergola where you can even enjoy a soak in hot tubs beneath the sun or moon.
A little bit alternative you will find uniqueness with lovingly up cycled decor, a new kitchen, a bathroom -also boasting a two person bath, aswell as private ensuites attached to two queen rooms at opposite ends of the home, a third queen room gifts a skylight gifting you the you the Milky Way on clear nights.
Two bedrooms directly near the main bathroom offer one double bed and the other a single with an option to pull out a trundle bed that would be suitable for a child to sleep very comfortably on.
All beds await you with Delux sleep scape matrices, with fresh Morgan & finch pillows & dunas made with crisply clean professionally laundrered Linnen for each guest. Each room has its own vibe with a touch of Australiana.
The home is kept in prestine cleanliness proudly upholding Airbnb’s 5 step process and we are so greatful for the way in which our professional cleaners exceeds at their work. Guest access
Bedrooms and bath towels are provided and made accessible according to numbers of guests made at booking. When you stay at Kangarloo Retreat you will have the whole 5 acres of land that it sits upon. The property has undergone major updating of plumbing works with new lines having been dug through to the top paddock. To give the dirt areas time to reestablish grass please only drive and park on the driveway.
The property is fully fenced and electric gated. You will receive your entry instructions, including your PIN number for your stay for the digital front door,
in your “check in instructions” afew days prior to your arrival.
Please keep gates closed at all times unless you are travelling through them.
Locked sheds are not accessible.
Parking on the driveway allows you to park directly near the front door. Please read the guide book upon your arrival.

The guest information book must be read upon your arrival and contains vital information.
BBQ- If the BBQ is used you must clean the BQQ to the condition it was in upon your arrival or you will be charged a $50.00 clean fee.
Please use the
Pets- Well behaved pets are welcome but are required to strictly be kept off beds, out of bedrooms /carpeted rooms with doors kept closed to the carpeted rooms. Extra clean fees apply if pet rules are not followed.
Pets are not to be left unattended at the property.
