There was no coffee pot and no ice bucket in the room. We had to request an ice bucket twice before we got on. There also was a big space open where I believe the couch was supposed to be.

No ashtray in a smoking room sticky floors no alarm clock in the room. Cleaning staff wokeme up early every morning but never cleaned anything.

A horrible Visit
I came from Michigan to Clarksville TN (3-8 / 3-13) & booked a room for Friday-Wednesday...While traveling down the expressway we encountered rain storms...I got a call from the front desk asking if was ok to charge my card at least for the first night so I agreed because were on our way...I didn't make it until early Saturday (which was ok, because it wasn't check out time & I booked my room for the next few days....I was told by the front desk my room was canceled and I was charged for the first night and there were no more rooms available...I pleaded that it was a long drive but the man at the front desk was SO RUDE and wouldn't let me speak to a Manager and told me to leave & stop calling the front desk...So my $87 was kept. So, I had to find another Hotel in which check in time wasn't until 4pm...My experience was horrible with the level unprofessionalism and disrepect.
