A stop over for a cross-country roadtrip with family. Not our favorite place we stopped along the way. Kind of wonky. Elevators were not working. Staff was hard to understand. Nothing ugly. Just a little harder work than expected from the advertisement. I would definitely recommend another place around it. Was not the cleanest.

The guy that was checking us in was very rude. I handed him my card and he threw it back st me. Talked to me rudly. And was very much a smartallic to me. Maybe because i am a woman, not sure but thats no excuse.

Highly recommend! 3 mins from a Walmart and roughly 10-15min from any good restaurants and stores ! I love this hotel this is my second time I will be back!

It was a nice hotel. The outside looks old but inside was beautiful. Breakfast was good but there was no egg. Egg is the main thing for breakfast. The service was good just checking in that was difficult and we paid $20 for check in early. We’re from out of town and checking in in other hotels wasn’t hard but microtel was gave us a hard time. We checked out 3 hours early so I don’t know why checking in was difficult. Holiday inn and other nice hotels I stayed at always ok with me checking in early eventho they didn’t know I would checked out early. The cleanliness needs to be better. I found a hair in the tub, spit on the side of the bed and the corners in the bathrooms had dirt. Maids need to do a better job. Also we only had two towels I asked the front desk for towels the lady said she would brought some when the dryer was done. None, I ended up going to walmart n bought us towels and wash cloths.

The air condition sounded like a helicopter was about to land when it went on. To say the least it was not a restful night. My wife and I had been on the road all day and we needed the hotel for one thing, a good night sleep. This hotel had one job and failed.

Just passing through.
For a place to shower and sleep, it served it's purpose. It was not spotless, but clean enough. For the money it was good. I would stay at this Microtel again.

Ryan Daniel was the manager on duty. I stayed all over the nation in different hotels, and by far Ryan was the friendliest, most professional, and best overall hotel employee I have ever encountered in my entire life!
