Come enjoy this beautifully appointed 3,200 square foot home on a private dead-end road in Suncadia Resort! Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while enjoying the covered outdoor living space and adjacent fire pit. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling ledgestone fireplace, game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. Buttercup Manor is the perfect vacation setting for whole family.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 5 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 8 comfortably.

The main floor has a King Master Suite with a private bathroom, TV w/Direct TV, and walk out patio to the private Hot Tub. The connecting master bath features an amazing soaking tub, and a large tile shower. Just down the hallway is another King master with its own private bath. On the opposite side of the 1st floor is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a 1/2 bath off the hallway.

Upstairs you will find 2 additional King bedrooms. The third bedroom upstairs is a great place for kids with 2 Double beds, 2 Twin beds, a comfortable couch, a large flat screen TV with Direct TV, and an XBox gaming console! There is a guest bathroom on the 2nd floor with double sinks and a shower.

Buttercup Manor sits on one of the most private lots in Suncadia Resort and the whole family will enjoy the large entertainment patio, private hot tub, and gas fire pit. We're confident you'll want to return year after year!

** ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

The house was perfect for us. A few bumps and bruises that come from being a rental, but nothing major. Really, the only negative was the towels and wash cloths did not smell fresh and clean, especially when they got damp from use.

Nice resort with beautiful house
It was great, except of not working dishwasher and so hot water for all faucets, they burn all hands all the time. First night we didn't have outside fire pit. We enjoyed the time with our family and friends. The cleaning was good but not excellent because when we clean countertop and Ground, they were so dirty.

Our family is mostly grown up now, so we needed bedrooms for couples and this property was one of the few with enough bedrooms for our group. The bonus room was great for our 4 teens! They also love the ping pong table and air hockey in the garage. The living and kitchen were great spaces for everyone to gather. Lovely home! Thank you!

Holiday Getaway
The house was the perfect gathering place for family from all over the state of Washington. It accommodated 13 without problem. The house was roomy, clean and well furnished. With 3 bedrooms upstairs, it would have been nice to have a second bathroom. The management team was very responsive. We had some issues with the hot tub that were addressed right away.

Great vacation!
We had a large group of people (5 families) for a little college reunion. Even though there were a lot of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. There were plenty of communal spaces including the great room, garage game room, and back patio. We also enjoyed the amenities around the resort including the playgrounds, walking paths, golf, and wine bar. We had a great time and would love to come back!

A wonderful stay
The house was beautiful and clean and spacious for our group. A few quirks in the house like the flush handle in the main bathroom kept falling off the chain and the refrigerator had a small leak out of the freezer but nothing that we needed assistance for. The game room and the bunk room were a hit with the kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us all!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Buttercup Manor. The one major problem was that the home had been smoked in. We used air fresheners and candles to try and cover up the smell, but it didn't really help. Besides the smoke it was very clean, well stocked and as listed. Great neighborhood and close to amenities. Only other issue with the home was the backdoor was very challenging to open and close.

Another great stay
This is the second time we have rented this house…. Because it is perfect in every way. Clean, spacious, and comfortable with a hot tub, fire pit, and game room. We enjoyed preparing all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and eating around the big, beautiful dining room table. We took long walks, built a snow castle, lounged in front of the fireplace, and visited the winery …. Something for everyone in our three generational family. We hope to do it again next year.
