Fully furnished cottage with main level bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining gorgeous outdoor deck with private backyard.

Laundry room, shower and double bed in lower level.

Single garage with parking in driveway and resort-type living. Across the street from the lake in Clear Lake with views of the lake and blocks from downtown.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glassware and coffee mugs. Keurig coffee pot, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator.

Bathroom has tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, hairdryer and towel sets for your convenience.

A new washer and dryer in the basement means no running to the laundromat. A double bed and shower area make it easy for extra guests.

We are located close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and the Surf. We hope you enjoy Clear Lake and all it has to offer.

This property is ideal for the traveling professional or a weekend getaway.
