VERY Disappointed. A/C was NOT as discussed
We were in town for 2 nights. We booked it due to the location and size of our party. Our main concern was the AC and whether the house would be cool enough. We voiced these concerns to the owner a month+ before to which he replied (after a 2nd request a week later), "We have never had complaints about having the house cool." But 2 days before we arrived, I got the following message, "Sometimes it takes a bit to get cool", “you can only turn two (AC units) in the attic or it will trip the breakers”, and "I some time am a bit confused when people are surprised it isn’t a hotel" from our host. We looked for other places, but nothing was available, so we were stuck. We were not looking for a hotel, but we were looking for the AC to work in all areas of the house. As far as the AC was concerned, the first floor was as described. The 2nd floor was almost tolerable when we left. The 3rd floor never cooled down. I sent a follow up to our host (2) weeks ago but have not heard back at this time. I had time to cancel with a full refund when I heard back regarding the AC originally. Unfortunately, that option didn't exist (2) days before his other messages arrived. We feel as though we didn't get the actual/full story on the AC. We and our guests were unhappy renters. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Perfect home!
We stayed at this home for a few days while we were in town for my son’s wedding. The home was super cute, we loved the updated, old feel to this home. You could feel the history there! The owners of the property were super responsive and very helpful! Definitely recommend this home!

Absolute Gem
We had 5 families come together for a weekend of youth softball. The 3rd floor loft was amazing for the girls. They had an absolute blast up there. The parents all got to share the 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms. We will rent again if we come back to the area for another tournament weekend. Thank you for a great host and beautiful home!

Charming Historical Home
This house has history to it and a little modern touch. It was different than the norm which gave a homey touch to it. The owners were great with communication and assisted us all the way through!

Great house
This is a very charming old, historic home. The owner was very prompt to correct a plumbing problem. The 3rd floor stairs are very narrow but there was no issue with the younger adults. Very comfortable for 10 people.
