Newly renovated modern villa 3 bed/2 bath cozy home nestled amongst beautiful oak trees and close to Downtown Clermont, National training center, and 35 minutes to Disney World and other major attractions. Home features soft comfy beds including one king, one queen, and two twin beds all with 3" memory foam mattress toppers. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee/tea station, blender and slow cooker. Game room located in the garage is equipped with foosball and air hockey.

Meals can be enjoyed inside at the dining table or at the gorgeous enclosed patio dining set surrounded by dimmable string lights. There is a washer/dryer with laundry soap provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in each bathrooms. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).

Nice House
We stayed at the house during a wedding weekend that was taking place nearby. The house was perfect for our needs. There is ample space and the inside has been remodeled nicely. The air hockey and foosball tables in the air conditioned garage were a nice touch. The living room and kitchen have a nice open concept so we were able to all spend time hanging out there. Would recommend for anyone that is looking for a place to accommodate 6 people (3 couples in our case).

Lovely modern property
We had a lovely stay in this 3 bedroom modern home. Close to all amenities, comfortable and welcoming. The extras of air hockey and foosball table and outdoor dining area were a bonus with our family. Host was excellent at communicating and check in/out was easy. She left lovely suggestions for places to check out, which we found helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
