Check in was at 3:00. We waited for 2 hours for our room to be ready. They said they were short staffed. We finally got in at 5:00 and the room was filthy. Hair in tub and sink. Toothpaste splattered all over sink and mirror. Crumbs on the floor

This was a last minute booking. Many properties sold out because of parents weekend. The room was filthy. I have never experienced anything like it

We had to wait over an hour and a half in the lobby waiting on our room to be ready. Once we were finally able to get into our room, it was extremely dirty. There were dead bugs on the ground, hairs on the floor, as well as hair on the shower walls. We had to hurry out of our room to catch a wedding, and asked that our room be re-cleaned while we were out. We’re hoping our room is clean by the time we get back, but we are not optimistic. Extremely disappointed and will never book here again.

I wish I could share pics on here, I’ll put them on Google if I can, because it would most definitely back my review. I understand this is an extended stay but come on, the tub was peeling the drains were slow draining, because of the clumps of hair stuck in it. I wanted to throw up. No blanket, just a sheet, no toilet paper, and was told by the attendant on staff that she wasn’t bringing it to my room, I had to go down to front desk where there was no overnight clerk and get it myself. Room was dirty, one light the other had some sketchy contraption in it. No extra pillows, and I had to wait for the daily laundry to be done to see if there were any extra blankets. I’m a traveler and stayed at some sketchy places, to save money but the clogged drains no toilet paper and dirty towels, was it for me at this one.

Very dirty establishment, the lobby, elevators, hallways were filthy. Employees stood around chatting or were outside smoking weed. The scent of weed filled the air between guests and staff. The room was not the worst but certainly not the best as far as cleanliness. A lot of items were not functioning properly.

Either the booking agent or hotel screwed up royal
We arrived at the hotel after a 7 hour drive to check in before a concert. We were told they didn't have the reservation and were full, couldn't offer us a room, even though I had multiple confirmations of the reservation. I was immediately told to call the booking agent. The booking agent said the hotel made the mistake. Regardless, my 2 daughters and I had no place to stay, i missed part of the concert with them trying to fix the problem. Ultimately, i had to fix the problem on my own. The kid working at the front desk was extremely polite and made any suggestions he could. He was the only thing close to a positive about the entire experience.

Pretty worn down and dirty. Service was friendly but t.v. didnt work and only one outlet in the entire room worked. Outlets missing covers, alarm clock not working, hair dryer missing, no coffe pot or utensils in the full kitchen. Lights near bed not working. Our whole floor smelled like weed.

The hotel smelled of weed from the lobby and in the room. The lobby was dirty carpet stained. The room hasn’t been updated ever I mean everything was old and the whole room just looked like something from a horror show. The bathroom light was so dim I thought it was just a nightlight. I guess they do that so you can’t see how gross the bathroom really is. The floor is sticky tiles so I was standing In the bathroom looking at the sticky tile floor and noticed water. Everytime I take a step my foot was pushing water out of the cracks in the tile. It was so bad after a 5 hour drive there at 10 pm we started searching for a new hotel but nothing available for under 300. So we went to Walmart and bought new blankets and pillows. The breakfast the say they have is prepacked muffins and nutrigrain bars. Hanging out around the door was a few people that looked homeless, staff never said anything to them. Do not stay here

The property needs to be cleaned and a total rehab. Front desk clerk, although not rude, was not very friendly nor welcoming. The common areas, especially the lobby and hallways, had a terrible odor throughout. Absolutely will not stay there again.

Checking in, the gentleman was very nice. Hotel smelled of weed, incense, and popcorn. Bathroom sink and tub did not drain during showering and washing hands. Some things seemed out of date. Breakfast was muffins, granola bars, and coffee.
